The Lakeside Somers Chamber of Commerce exists to champion our members, strengthen local connections, and elevate the Flathead Lake area as a vibrant place to live, work, and visit. We foster collaboration, amplify business visibility, and support meaningful community initiatives—driving sustainable growth, tourism, and economic vitality for Lakeside, Somers, and beyond.

INTERESTED IN BECOMING MORE INVOLVED?

Our Chamber is powered by community-minded people who care deeply about the future of the West Shore. Whether you’re looking to volunteer more regularly, build stronger community connections, or help shape the direction of the Chamber, we’d love to hear from you.

Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors is made up of 9 members, with 3 board seats coming up for term renewal each year. Board members help guide the mission, priorities, and long-term vision of the Chamber and the community we serve.

Those interested in running for a Board position should submit a community resume and cover letter of interest by September 15th each year. Elections are finalized during our General Membership Meeting in November. If there are only three nominees for the three open seats, no formal vote is required.

Ambassador Program
Our Ambassador Team is the backbone behind many of our events, ribbon cuttings, and member outreach efforts. They’re the worker bees of the Chamber — passionate volunteers who show up, pitch in, and help bring our community to life year-round.
