Join us for a transformative workshop to invite, awaken, and nourish peace within. Through Himalayan Kriyas—an ancient yoga practice combining asana, mudra, mantra, and repetition—you’ll open your energies and embrace self-healing.

Complete the experience by creating your own origami peace crane, a symbol of your inspired vision for 2025!

Workshop includes 45 minute Kriya flow & meditation, 45 minute origami crafting (supplies included), and light refreshments.

All Levels Welcome. Age 13+ welcome.
